I left Seoul in August, breaking my contract. I left because the director of my school started whiteing things out on my contract, the teachers that I had replaced had not been paid severence, I was having to make up all my Vacation days, my last week there my apartment had no hot water and no lights and to top it all off it was broken into and over $5000 worth of stuff was takin...but that a whole other story. Lets just say that I was in a horrible position and my director was a crook. Anyhow, all of this isn't to say that I hated Korea because I LOVED it, I just picked the wrong school. My visa will be expiring soon and I am wondering if even though I broke my contract and was reported to immigtation, am I able to come back after the experation date passes? Or because I was reported does this mean I will have to pay back my school if I step foot in the country again?

No expert here, but I'd think you should be able to get a new visa once your old one expires.
