|
|
I apologise if this is a really obvious question, but I was wondering what the deal was in Korean Internet cafes regarding Skype? Also, do they provide headsets and/or microphones?
I did a search for 'Skype', but from the posts I read it seemed like people were talking about using Skype in their apartments.
I hope I can use Skype (or a similar service), it would be a great way to keep in contact with my family. |

in answer to your question normally no. what i did before i had a home computer is just install skype myself, their computer protection in those places are really bad.
Some pc bangs have headphones, most however suck. i would recommend that you buy your own and take them in. i never had a problem. |

Thanks for the answer, blackjack.
I might see if I can install Skype on my portable hard-drive and run it off there - if that's possible. |

| No problem. I run Firefox and Utorrent off my portable USB drive and MP3 player. |
