Been to Pusan quite a few times and I always enjoyed going to the SoulTrane.

All the places listed on the thread made Roch as happy as Roch was in the days when he was a kid hanging in the woods near Boston surrounded by groovy people, jays galore, and, minimum, 3 kegs of Bud with loads of excellent tunes cranking out of Buddy's Jeep.

Ergo, check 'em out!

The owners of Soul Trane are sweethearty-types that you'll luv to bits that'd hang with the biggest snob from Beantown, London, Toronto, Sydney, Montreal, Tokyo, etc.

Soultrane is a cool place.

Crossroads (heard it was or might shut down...) is quieter and more of a sit down and talk place (it is right down the street from the Trane).

In fact the Busan National University Area has quite a few decent bars and pubs to hang out at.
