Tvia says revenue hurt by shipment delays
| Quote: |
Tvia Inc., which makes semiconductors, said Friday that revenue for the third quarter was hurt by a delay in shipments caused by a delay in component deliveries to Tvia's systems integrators and a delay in the company receiving letters of credit from customers.
The Santa Clara-based Tvia (Nasdaq: TVIA - News) said revenue for the third quarter will range between $1.2 million and $1.4 million.
The analyst average expectation for the company's third-quarter revenue is $3.25 million, according to Thomson Financial Networks.
The company plans to report its full third quarter 2007 financial results during the week of Feb. 5.
