BRUSSELS - Belgian rail operator NMBS-SNCB has been operating to a new timetable since 10 December, but the new schedules have not gone down well with travellers.
The rail operator has received more than 800 formal complaints in less then two months.
In particular voyagers say they are having difficulty in making travel connections which overall has increased their travel time. Many commuters are demanding more coherence between the trains, trams and bus' time tables.
