If you use a KB bank card, they offer a 30% or so discount. Also, if you're staying at one of the condos, it's a similar discount. I think they offered a discount if you were a SK telephone customer, but I think they discontinued that this year. The best thing to do if you can't get a discount is to stop by a ski shop on the way up to the place and they'll sell you a discounted ticket. They'll give you a voucher which you just exchange it for a lift ticket at the ticket booth. You may not get the full 30 or 35% discount but it's better than paying a full price.

I went on sunday and I went on the shuttle bus from Lotte Mart at Jamsil

The bus driver sells tickets and I paid for bus (26) +lift ticket (60 for morning and afternoon) = 59 000 won, plus u get 40% off rental.
so I ended up saving a lot anyway

You can usually get discounts from the Rental shops or pensions you stay at. If you want to get the discounts from SK or whatever, then you have to call the number and get them to text a barcode to your phone...
