| What are Korean women really like? Are they more virtuous? I have heard that there are hot women in their 20's and 30's who are still virgins. Is this true? Are Korean women different from women in the west? They seem, for the most part, friendlier and warmer than western women. |

I don't understand why you would ask such a question.
Why think you there are no virgins among western women? Why do you want a virgin? Why think you Korean women are more virtuous? Are you a virgin? Are you applying double standards to women?
To answer your question, Korean women are no more, or less than, virtuous than western women. You can't generalise. You gotta look at women as individuals, not according to race. |

As already stated, you can't generalise.
I have dated a 30-year-old virgin. I have also dated a married woman.
There are plenty of Korean women who abstain from sex until they are in a VERY long term relationship. There are also plenty of Korean women who marry for money and have no qualms about cheating on their husbands. Their husbands are cheating on them anyway so what difference does it make.
If you want virtuous women, you can find them in Korea. If you want lose women with no morals, you can also find them in Korea.

| isn't linking virtue to virginity a bit archaic? i'm a modern guy. i have sex with my girlfriend and i don't think her any less virtuous for it. in fact, i'm going to tell her that in a few days when she comes back from the tent after her period is finished. |

Yeah, I suppose. I meant more along the lines of avoiding really sluttly women. They are the ones who are not relationship material. I was hoping that Korean women living in a more conservative society, would be less inclined to have a lengthy history with other guys (if not virgins). I just wanted to know if steriotypes were true. I have read a lot through the blogs on this site. I guess not. Too bad. On to China or Vietnam. lol |

Whether or not its true is open up for debate, but I'll assure you that almost every Korean girl you'll meet will be more than happy to at least keep up the illusion of virtuous innocence. With your Korean girlfriend, every time is the first time! |

The Korean women I know from daily life are really decent and have high moral standards
Most of them don't have anything against sex before marriage as long its with a serious long term (or long- term-in-the-making) boyfriend
But I have met girls in clubs and bars who are up for one night stands and I have chatted with girls on a dating site who suggested our first meeting should be in a motel^^
So the other posters are right, you can't generalise |

If you look for girls in Itaewon or other foreigner dives, chances are you'll need to double-wrap it. If you meet a girl outside the usual dating scene, you're more likely to get into a meaningful relationship. Girls who specifically go for foreigners are almost always creepy; I've never met a counter-example.
The other problem is normal girls have never seriously considered dating a foreigner before, and it usually takes them a little time to get used to it. We do smell strange to them, no matter how open-minded they want to be. |
