I've been emailed by a few recruiter/schools after posting my resume on Daves and a couple of other websites.
So far they haven't replied back to me even after them making the first contact. Are they just being lazy bastards or is there another message in there.
It's a bit disconcerting since when I looked for work 4 years ago I was inundated with emails offering me work.
Do I stop biting my nails? |

It depends on the situation
*maybe they already found somebody else
*maybe they are lazy and unorganized
*maybe you are not the 1st option and are being strung just in case the 1st option pulls out(for every job a rectuiter will have 2 or 3 people in mind...ranked in order)
*maybe they don't like you
If they haven't contacted you straight away then move onto the next one.. |

| Don't worry, keep applying. I had some people contact me within a few hours and others took about a month to get back to me. i found the best offers took a few days. Be patient. |
