I took that ferry last December. An economy class bed in a 10-berth room was 115,000 won, 130,000 won for business class bed (4-berth in a room) and more for their Deluxe or Royal class. The prices I mentioned are for a one- way ticket. They have 20% discount for students under 30 if that applies to you. There is also a small amount for departure tax (2000-3000 won).
There are two ferries a week to Tianjin: Tuesdays at 13:00 and Fridays at 19:00.
This was a year ago so I recommend that you call and speak with an English operator. I called and talked to someone with good English. I even made a reservation on the phone. I don't remember the number but I found this on the net: try it: 032-888-7911 (Incheon Ferry Terminal)
By the way, when you get off the ferry in Tianjin, there is a special bus to Beijing right there for the ferry passengers. If you can find it, you'll save some time by not having to go to Tianjin bus terminal. Of course that is if you want to skip Tianjin and go straight to Beijing.
Have a safe and happy trip! |
