i got this when trying to download a movie on a torrent site--got a bunch of pop-ups
one pop up had KISCOM (korean Internet Safety Commission) and the Korean National Police Agency and a bunch of phone numbers? Any idea what it is. |

Was there porn on the page, or maybe something about Takeshima. It looks like your isp is blocking that site or something. Isn't it wonderful to live in a free country!!! |

| Just call your ISP and tell them to take the "child-filter" off. A lot of them have it on by default. You can fix it easily with a call. I had to do it with "Thrunet" when I had them. |
