i got this when trying to download a movie on a torrent site--got a bunch of pop-ups


one pop up had KISCOM (korean Internet Safety Commission) and the Korean National Police Agency and a bunch of phone numbers? Any idea what it is.

Was there porn on the page, or maybe something about Takeshima. It looks like your isp is blocking that site or something. Isn't it wonderful to live in a free country!!!

Just call your ISP and tell them to take the "child-filter" off. A lot of them have it on by default. You can fix it easily with a call. I had to do it with "Thrunet" when I had them.
