Any Kiwis ever been able to get in contact with this stupid office. I have to file documents there but they don't answer the phone during their HK local time office hours, nor reply to their emails. NZIS in NZ said I have to use this branch office. Ridiculous bureacracy. NZ's getting renowed for it.
