Sounds like "anti-trust" policy to me?

It's good to see Iraq shaking away the chains of "Nationalization".

i'll believe it when I see it. The Iraqis haven't passed the bill yet. I have a feeling we won't hear about this again.

I don't know, I don't think we would still be there if our oil companies weren't going to get more than their fair share of the profits. Otherwise it wouldn't be worth the investment we are putting into it. Unless the Bush administration is just that stubborn and closeminded...which means we could be in trouble.

Bush is an updated version of LBJ, at least when it comes to war.
