When I move here in a month to Seoul I was wondering if I should bring cash and then find a bank (which is a whole other question in itself) and have them change it over? Or use an ATM to get cash out when I need it there? Hmm...

Personally, I'm more comfortable with the cash in my hand, but I'll let others speak to that.

Don't worry about finding a bank. Your boss will help you set up an account once you arrive. Banks are all over the place here. You're never too far away from one.
