I'm flying home on Lunar New Year (Feb. 19th). It's a Monday. I was planning to change my money at the airport. Will the banks be open?

The money changer counters on the departures level will be open until 9:00pm.

I do not know if the actual bank branches on the 2nd floor will be open. I suspect they will be closed.
