My contract ends February 28th.
My ARC card ends on February 28th.
However my Passport visa says February 23rd.

So should I be back in Korea before February 23rd or February 28th? Also for the renewal, will I have to bring the paperwork before February 23rd to renew or the 28th?

If you have a multi-entry visa and no re-entry permit, then you must return before your visa expires (Feb. 23). You can stay in Korea until the 28th, but your visa is what you need to enter the country (unless you have a re-entry permit which is valid until the 28th). Also, I have heard that some people may have problems if you try to enter Korea with just a few days left on their ARC. Don't know what the rules are on that exactly.
