Does anyone know of a Korean Bank where you can go into a teller and get a cash advance on a Visa card? I tried KEB,but they acted like my card had the plague on it.

use an int atm and your pin, they are everywhere. if that doesnt work go into another bank

I can't use it in any machine because ,apparently, even though it was activated,there was no PIN implanted. What a revolting situation that leaves me in ! But if anyone knows of a bank that takes Visa,let me know,please so that I don't have to spend my day doing that. I will if I have to. I should be able to make purchases,say at E-Mart, and pay with this Visa card,wouldn't you think ?

when you got your cc, the bank sent you a piece of paper with a code on it so you can get cash advances on it from any atm. If you dont have it, call your cc company and they will help you reset it

If you've lost it, call the issuer and have them send you a PIN, whether a new one or the same.

They can't send a PIN;they need the card,but they ain'ta gonna get it;we're too far apart.

They don't need the card to send a PIN.

Just call 'em and try .... I've done it.
