I am little confused over the dates in which I need to leave the country after my contract has ended for one year. Many people have told me that the date that is on my alien registration card would be my final day of teaching. However, my contract finish date is 2 weeks later than my alien registration card expiration date. What date would be the correct date to stop working or do I have to renew my alien registration card for 2 weeks?

You need to go to immigration and get an extension. You must leave by the day your alien registration card expires. If you plan on leaving a few days after that, you need to show them your plane ticket and point that out.
