Soju, Tobacco Consumption Increasing
Soju and tobacco consumption increased by five to ten percent last year from the year before.... Given that soju sales go up during recessions, it is safe to say last year's economic slump led the rise in consumption. Growing tobacco consumption could also mean the working poor are suffering much stress.
