HAHAHAHA, i love being naked as much or more thenmost people I know, but working out naked, I don't think so, making sure not to rub the bar on my stuff when I deadlift.

Just sounds dangerous and dirty to me.

Can you enlightne me about what you mean by Korean gyms being weird?

Personally, not my cup of tea. However, this is exactly why Amsterdam is my favorite city on the planet.

I loved it there.

Well, I've been to four different gyms here, so I might be able to interpret for you. For starters, the gym will probably be musky / damp / humid. No proper ventilation, and sweat lingering all over the place. There will be a table somewhere near the front counter that features no kind of health product at all, but rather a stash of instant coffee mixes and tiny, 3 oz. paper cups. The music will be an aneurysm-inducing collection of ridiculous, early 90s techno songs. Older men will be standing around somking cigarettes, either in the locker room or out front. You will see equipment which, even after months of steadfast attendance, you will not be able to understand. These include, but may not be limited to:

- Hoola hoops with ridges

- Vibrating belt stations

- Beds which strap you and turn your body completely upside down

- A device which I can't even figure out. It is as tall as I am, twice as wide, and features a gigantic, width-wise black wheel covered with what looks like a beaded seat cover like you'd see in a taxi, or a Mexican dude's car. I've not see anyone use it, and it blows my mind to contemplate.

This, again, is only my experience with four gyms. I'm sure there are more reputable places, but they are few and far between (and like 120k a month).

Yeah im used to a cheap basement gym anyway, no worries there, the upside down machine is great, there are many supposed benefits to those along with using a rebounder (small trampoline)
