W35m and W500k rent, or W5m deposit and W900k rent
Available end of February, beginning of March. Minimum stay 6 months.
All is negotiable.
This is ideal for someone who's got key money from a university and needs a furnished place, which is not usually the case here in Korea.
This is a very nice place, ideal for a couple and very spacious for someone living alone. It comes fully and very well furnished. I've regularly had parties here of up to fifty people.
I have photos and video of the place online at www.aledpowell.com/apartment
Briefly: Great and very convenient location, no one else lives in the building, furnished with natural wood in keeping with the wood-textured flooring, 120" widescreen projector and surround sound in spacious living room, big bedroom, private rooftop, spare room
Basically, I've accumulated a LOT since I came to Korea, and I'm going home with the intention of returning, so it would really help if someone rented my apartment with all my things in it. There's storage space so I can put away anything you wouldn't want/need laying around.
The length of stay can be six months or a year, up to you. Since it's fully furnished, a deposit would be appreciated.
I can send more photos to those interested.
