I'll be moving to Jeonju in mid February '07. Just wondering if anyone can give me some insight as to the goings on in the area... I know they have a big Lotte dept. store. Where to go and what to do would be helpful. I visited very briefly in early January but it seemed pretty dead. What's the expat scene like? Thanks for your help.
