Edit: I only mention this because I saw your username...

I lived off Archer road when I was going to SFCC back in the day, when Rolling was murdering students, I lived alone in a 2 bedroom apartment. Scary times they were. You would go to the grocery store and stand in line waiting to pay for your stuff and you would wonder to yourself if the guy standing in front of you, or the guy in back of you was the killer...paranoia sets in. When I think about those days and how he was just slipping into people's apartments and killing them in their sleep...ugh. That was a stressful semester. I think gun sales went up dramatically in the first couple of weeks after Manuel Taboda and Tracey Paules were murdered. I wonder if all the victims names are still on the wall, or if the city painted over them. After Manny was murdered, even the guys were scared...he was huge...I think he was even big enough to play college ball. Bad memories.

I remember that time. I did a short stint at UF. Gainesville is an alright town, but the school was just too big. Anyway, glad you made it out of there OK.
