Okay, man, so much information is just hearsay and stuffed heard through the grape vine, I'd really like to get some solid answers.

I'm changing school from a kindy to a PS soon. I'm getting a visa extension and immi office said I need a degree (or degree copy?) and an FBI CBC apstillized along with other paperwork to get it done.

I can get an FBI check done no problem. I got one a couple of years ago. But getting is apostillized? How does that work?

And getting my degree apostillized? What's up with that? Who would apostillise that? I went to school in a different state than I grew up and where my most recent billing address was. Is that going to be a problem?

Jeez Louise. For a country that seems desperate to learn English, they sure make it difficult to get people over here.

Please help asap! |

				| Send the FBI check to the State Dept. in DC with a self adressed stamped envelope. Send your degree diploma to the school you graduated from and have a copy notarized and then send it to the Secretary of State to have it apostilled. Both cost some petty cash, so check the websites. |
