what are your personal experience on teaching high school?
bad students? rowdy? bad curriculum?
I am asking because i liek to teach adults although positions for these are not as common as high school students. Any help, comments would be most appreciated!! |

Lack of curriculum,no assessment,disruptive students,lack of contact time,etc etc....nothing new there.
I'm getting a friend who teaches in HK to send me his school-based assessment and I'll try to get my school to support me in adjusting it/inaugarating something.
Being told "just get them talking" is too vague and piecemeal.
I find I need some outcomes I can aim for.The bulk of them will never use English but if I can get them to be able to handle some situations then I'll be more than happy. |
