just purchased a dandy little samsung pleomax webcam/digital mic to talk to some friends back in canada. plugged it in and ran the software setup and was able to see and listen to my buddy back home. he was able to see me but he couldn't hear me. so...
has anyone had similar problems and figured out how to fix them or can someone with technical expertise share some wisdom. i would appreciate some help.

| If you haven't done so, run the "Audio and Video Setup" from the Tools menu. Make sure the correct microphone is selected. |
