A public spanking would be in order for all four of them...and then a second one for claiming diplomatic immunity.
This is no doubt an example of when a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
Dad: Son, you cannot be prosecuted for your actions so that our government cannot be blackmailed in its diplomatic relations.
Son: (One ear on the telephone) Hmmm? Oh, OK. I can do whatever the hell I want. Gotcha, Dad...
