This dual temp pack is great for sore muscles, inflammation, or for just plain ole comfort~! Durable canvas covering will protect product for long term use.
The pack come with instructions printed on the pack and on an info card in Japanese, English and Korean. Easy to use> simply heat the pack using stove top boiling (long & boring) or in the microwave (best method) <> for cold pack store in freezer or fridge for a few hours before use. Going on a hike>? Put the pack in the fridge first! Playing soccer on your day off>? Throw the pack in the microwave for 5 minutes when you get home ~ soothing heat relief is only minutes away.
