| What are the times where you can drive in the bus lane in a car? is it only on weekdays or can you do it after a certain time on weekends?? |

The lanes on he highway are open to all after 7pm or 6pm.
As for the city bus lanes, I think it's after the last bus, but don't quote me on that. |

The bus lanes on the highway are only restricted during the weekends - i.e. there are no restrictions at all during the week. It all starts at 8am. If you are going away from Seoul, then it ends at 9pm; going up to Seoul, however, ends at 11pm.
Normally there are notices at the beginning of the bus lane that tells you when you can use the bus lane and when not. I remember seeing something like 7am to 7pm.. but I am not too sure. |
