When you get through passport control and BEFORE you leave the secured area be sure to get one of the visit HK tourism packages from the desk or person doing the handouts.
It will be full of stuff to see and do along with coupons.
There are the night markets, day shopping, Victoria Peak and Wax Museum, harbor ferry, big buddha, the waterfront, ocean park, disneyland, and too much more to mention.
