I have been skiing a lot recently, second season with a season pass at YonPyong and go as often as possible with few other diehard ski/snowboard friends. Recently, I heard that there several ski clubs out there. I met one such club and ended up buying a great pair of hi-end used skis. There are several benefits to being a member of such a club. They can negotiate special prices for clothing and equipment even get accommodation for the entire ski season. But this years is a write off o get one going. Must look to next season.

Next year is a possibility. What needs to get done is to get the foreigners (English speakers) together who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and get some fresh air and some serious skiing done. I have noticed a good crowd of foreign skiers out at the hill, so if the word can be put out that with around 20-30 members (or more) it can happen. There would be some fee to pay for the seasons accommodation, one such group pays 300000won per member and they get a huge house all season long for themselves. Looked great.

Just need to get the idea out there.
