I'm pretty sure they call it the same thing. I've bought it before at a nutrition store and they knew exactly what I meant.

Even whey protein is difficult to find here at a reasonable price. I've been bouncing around black markets trying to find it....and the only place I seem to be able to get it is in Songtan.

But...yesterday when I was on a bus I drove past a GNC (General Nutrition Company). I haven't been in one yet, but I'm pretty sure they would sell creatine and whey protein and anything else you would want for the gym.

I just went to their website and here's a link with all the store locations in Korea. Just click on Store Locator and look under "South Korea."

A quick Google search brings up 크레아틴, but that same search did not pull up any places to order it.

Some gym-rat former co-workers of mine used to get it here somehow. Sorry I can't be more help than that.

You can get all your protein, vitamins and Supps here http://www.mass119.com/

You may need a Korean friend to help you navigate/order but cheap and fast delivery.

I bought 6 lbs of whey protein powder at my gym for 60,000 won. PM me if that interests you.

Thanks. I met up with a Korean-American at the gym and she got the manager to order me some.

Try the imported goods mall in Namdaemun - reasonable prices

Even better is www.speedns.com

You'll need a Korean to help you for the latter, as your foreign ID number will be rejected.
