Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of any opportunities to teach French in Korea. I heard there were some university students looking to learn or improve their French. Has anyone ever heard of this? I will be in Anyang area.

Ouff, talk about countries I don't want to visit without an AK47, yet they speak and write French better then bilingual Canadiens.

I've noticed Koreans getting private french lessons in Starbucks and things. Find your local university, hang up a few signs offering private french lessons. The risks are your own.

屎眼!
Mange de la merde!

You don't decide what language people speak, "dood"!

Il y a quelques universites, comme http://www.korea.ac.kr/english/academy/EF2S01T03F10-0.jsp
qui enseignent le francais...

You mean, "... yet they speak and write French better than bilingual Canadians."

So, would you say it's comparable to your English?

Mindmetoo, where are you pour pouvoir ecrire avec des accents? En Coree? Alors, c'est quoi ton truc? J'y arrive seulement si je fais du copier/coller.

I've been known to Smile Ah nuthin' beats franglais 'cept maybe Belle River, Ontario french.

Did you hear about the Quebecois reporter that tried to ask Ban Ki Moon some questions in French (the leader of the UN has to speak both English and French) and Ban was like "eh?" The reporter jibed him about his terrible French and then Ban responded something about the Quebecois not speaking an understandable French dialect. I'm getting this third hand from a Korean, mind you. But I could imagine some Quebec reporter laying on the Quebec french thick trying to test Ban (who reportedly doesn't have the greatest french ability to begin with).
