For example, http://www.usfk.mil/org/fkpa/index.html##, all those numbers but what do I need to enter in first? I try only the number listed and get a recording in Korea, I add an 02 and get some Korean person, wrong number.

hey there.. I happen to be a subject expert at this..

to dial a number on base add in the prefix 0505 - 000-0000
that will do the trick.I am not sure how much more it cost to do that but there ya go
