it's a villa style apartment in mok-dong. it's really clean and the roommates are courteous. the rent is 450,000 won with a 450,000 won deposit. there are 4 bedrooms, so you can move in now in the empty bedroom or any of the 3 bedrooms starting march 1st. (there are 4 total). 5 minute walk to mok-dong station exit 7. there's a big fridge, plates, utensils, rice cooker, tv (with cable), wifi internet, bedrooms furnished, wrap around porch, washer. all the utilities are included in the rent.

i forgot to mention that it's also a month-to-month contract, so if you don't like staying here or some reason you have/want to move out the you would be staying a minimum 2 months (that unless, of course, you give your notice of leaving the day you move in).

oh, obviously too there's a two-faced hot plate and a brand new awesome vacuum cleaner. (i shed a lot so it helps).
