Looking at the visa application form it asks if I have ever had a visa issued for Korea before.
I have mentioned before that I had four years ago but I ran away due to various reasons.
So do I lie on the form and say I've never had a visa or do I say I have?
What have other ex-midnight runners done in this situation? Told a lie or come clean?
How good are their records? |

I told the truth and had no problems. If it's been more than a year, you'll be okay. You might want to make sure you get the visa in your home country first, just to make sure there are no problems.
My advice - don't lie. There are a lot of us who "ran" and returned. The important thing is knowing how things will be different this time around. |

| just interested in whether all you people who ran and have since returned paid back your initial airfare? i'm nearing the 3 month mark of a hideous job (director continue to screw me over, and although i was planning on giving my notice, i'm not ruling out running in a couple of months. Either way, I would like to return to Korea in 08/09 |
