Has anyone used them to book a trip?

Or, is anyone aware of a blacklist for travel companies in Seoul?

thanks.

I prefer whypaymore.co.kr.

2 buildings away from the Canadian embassy in Seoul. 40+ staff in the office on any given day, many of whom speak English. Give them a call and ask for English service. If you don't get an English speaker, wait 5 minutes and call back again.

Cheapest flights and they take the time to look for you instead of just booking you on Asianna or KAL.

They delivered my ticket to me with a courier.

Got me a good price to Hong Kong.

Fast and professional and courteous.

if you read korean, try www.tourexpress.com. They'll then have an English speaker call you up to make sure that you understand the rules etc.

i used joy several times ....no problems.

they don't have a web site that i know of.

their office is near gwangwhamun (unless they've moved).

i actually missed a flight i had booked to the phillies. they refunded the ticket no problem ...aside from a small fee.
