My boss is a decent man except for the fact that he uses a twelve inch green stick on the pupils for the slightest perceived infraction. He also indicated to me that I should tolerate racism in his school.

For instance, being a minute late, not doing the homework assigned by the KOREAN ENGLISH TEACHERS, etc., gets a bunch of whacks on the hands.

Another thing that has bothered me is the fact that I am not allowed to even ask kids to stop yelling in my classes but K-teachers can wail away ont he kids.

I received a stern rebuke from him the other day for telling kids to knock it off. When he told me to stop asking kids to not disrupt my classes, I replied to him that I do not believe that a foreigner should ever work for him as we do not beat our students and expect equal treatment from him. Yep, I'll be sacked by the end of the month.
