| It states in my contract that tax is payable on your severance pay. |

I didn't pay tax on my severance pay. Wait and see or call the Labour Board on 1350 and see what they say.

I didn't either but my boyfriend did and I was trying to figure out which one was right. It would make sense that you would pay taxes on it as it is income but... |
