Actually, a willingness to employ people based on their qualifications rather than their skin colour tends to be the mark of a good school.
---------------------------------------------------------------
My first head instructor at CDI was a black woman. Later on, she became the head of the Speech and Debate programs.
Also, CDI doesn't care about nationality either or the need to speak Korean.
CDI has several individuals in high positions at HQ that are non-Korean/and or don't speak Korean.
I am starting to believe that CDI only cares about good people/instructors, and is willing to pay for it, once they find these so-called 'good' people. |
