Don't be shy. Everybody loves to brag and this is the opportunity to do so. I'm sure many of you have seen and done things that would make the rest of us quite envious. Please share some of those experiences here. People you've seen, places you've been, things you've achieved, etc. Even small things that are important to you.

I'll begin:

1) I once played soccer for Northern England Schools against county opposition. I was on the left wing and James Beattie, who now earns forty grand a week playing for Everton, was on the right.

2) The same day, I saw Pink Floyd play Earls Court. A couple of days before, the seating at the venue collapsed and a load of people were injured, which made the news.

3) I've broken my ankles eight times (I'm not proud of this, but it explains why I'm not even earning forty grand a year, let alone forty grand a week)

4) When I was nineteen, I drove into Bobby Charlton's front garden by mistake (veering to the left as I dropped a cigarette). I demolished a fir tree and snapped the fanbelt but managed to avoid paying damages. I was so worried that the folks would find out that I rang every day asking for "Sir Bobby" to send the bill to my university address. Eventually the house staff told me to stop calling and forget about it.

4) I've been to 36 countries in the last ten years.

5) Of those countries, I've been robbed in one way or another in fourteen of them. Again, not something to be proud of but it makes for a conversation topic at family reunions.

6) I've "known" ladies from fifteen different countries -not necessarily the ones I've visited (the Icelandic, wannabe-weight-lifter, diving instructor in Honduras being the most bizarre, and the one my mates bring up when taking the piss). Of those, I've experienced five different continents. Should any nice Australian women like to help me to six, I'm afraid I'd have to decline as I'm in a long-term relationship. However, if you know of anyone with a pet penguin in Korea, I'd be prepared to make an exception to do Antarctica.

7) I have 50 UCAS points at A-Level (which probably means nothing to anyone outside the UK)

Cool I saw Fidel Castro making a speech in Cuba -not something that he's ever likely to do again, then I got robbed.

Cool I surprised not only my Grandmother at her ninetieth birthday party but my entire family. I'd sent an email the previous week saying that it was time to move on from Panama after a year of backpacking, and that I'd either be in Japan, Rio, Colorado or Bangkok when they next heard from me. Cue many tears as I came through the door unexpectedly -apart from my mother, who thought me irresponsible, and my grandmother, who wasn't quite sure who I was.

9) In America, I eight-balled an Aussie and, as custom dictates, he had to run around the pool table naked. A shame there weren't any women in the bar, since he had a massive schlong. Scared the shiit out of the rest of us, though.

10) I've been to a Britney Spears concert. Ha, ha. Enough said.

In fact, I shouldn't be bragging about any of these things. Most of them are crap. Carry on.

should you wish to fulfill this at any point, go to london. aussie girls living in london turn into complete sluts. she will be fat however. thats another unfortunate side effect of the move to london. commonly known as the heathrow injection.

i've been to 25 countries in the last two years. i've not been robbed in any of them.

i've swum with wild dolphins, many times.

i have no debt, including education.

was involved in a riot in dublin last year.

whenever i fall in shit, i come up smelling of roses (figuratively of course)

I was voted both "Best Artist" and "Best Athlete" by my classmates in 6th grade...

In 9th grade wrestling, I was leading in points 5 to 2 over the guy who eventually became the (MA) state champ before I ran out of gas and got pinned with 30 seconds left... (I was thirty pounds lighter, wrestling in the "unlimited" weight class at 160 lbs...)

I was an "A" student more-or-less throughout junior high.

I played varsity football for three years in high school, starting as an undersized lineman on both offense and defense every game in my junior and senior years...

As a freshman, scrimmaging on defense against the undefeated varsity team, I broke a double-team and collided head-on with the all-city half-back, putting his teeth through his lip...

From the defensive end position, I blocked two punts in one game against a vocational rural high school ...

After struggling academically my freshman year (due to putting too much energy into football and falling asleep in classes...) I mostly made honors my junior and senior years at a college prep (mostly Jewish) high school...

My college years at UMass are a pyschedelic blur. I vaguely recall playing a head-on poker game against a guy claiming to be related to Bugsy Siegal (Larry Siegal) and winning a very big pot after refusing to be bluffed out...

After dropping out of college for the third time, I got a job as a geological fieldworker and worked 1200 miles northwest of Toronto - even after I froze my toe. I was forced to resign because of it a few weeks later...

I was one of the first few hundred people to arrive at the Woodstock festival in 1969 (having bought a ticket two months in advance...)

I managed the most prominent hippie boarding house (the "Bird House"...) in Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida.

I became the head of the "People's Band" branch of the Society for the Advancement of Non-verbal Communication, involved in guerilla theatre performances at major demonstrations, working with Yippies (Youth International Party) Zippies (a splinter group) Viet Nam Vets Against the War, Women's Lib, and other groups...

As a Krishna devotee distributing books in front of the White House (in a wheel chair because of a herniated disc...) I got an official White House apology after White House police tried to stop me - I drove my (electric) wheel chair to another gate, rang the bell, showed my permits, and strongly protested that my freedom of religion and speech was wrongly being blocked...

I graduated (at age 46) with a four-year degree in paralegal studies
Summa cum Laude (4.0 GPA) in 1996.

I received an Individual Artist's Recognition Award from United Arts of Central Florida (1999)

I won "Best of Show" at the Arts Market at Church St. Station, Orlando, Florida.

I was part of a group art show at the Orlando City Hall Gallery, and an art agent authorized to sell on Sotheby's on-line auctions represented my work, selling a half-dozen or so before the market slowed...

While doing movie extra ("background character actor") work around central Florida I played astronaut Frank Borman's uncle in the HBO mini-series, From the Earth to the Moon, and was featured in a couple close-up shots. I could also be clearly seen in Adam Sandler's Waterboy as an TV cameraman on the sidelines of the big "Mud Bowl" game. The best job of my extra career was when I was cast as a "pyscho inmate in the violent wing of the prison" in the film Instinct , appearing in scenes with Anthony Hopkins, Cuba Gooding Jr., and Donald Sutherland.
The high point was when Anthony Hopkins, at the end of a shoot, came over to me and offered to shake my hand (possibly noticing my potential to be a star in horror movies...)

To show I could also handle speaking roles, I did a stint in community theatre in Titusville, Florida (where I lived for a year...) playing the dual role of Harry/Baptista in Kiss Me Kate I did fairly well and was nominated for "Best New Performer" at their awards ceremony. After declining the invitation to attend because of a schedule conflict, the award was given to a trained dog who evidently gave a better performance in another play...

-Rode my motorcycle in North Korea in 2002. It was a kind of peace rally sponsored by the Korea Motorsports Association and others that went to Geumgang Mountain. They only did it in August 2001 & 2002. Then, relations got bad and they didn't do it again. My friend and I were invited by a guy we knew who worked with the KMA. I road my Kawasaki up Geumgang Mountain and tore a$$ through there. It was awesome. We were heavily guarded all the time, though.

-Been on Korean TV 3 times. Not for anything bad.

-Thomas Jefferson is a very distant cousin of mine.

-Went to high school with Kayan on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Didn't know him.

-Only done the horizontal bop on 3 continents. Wait 4- New Zealand.
Almost pulled a Mongolian bird once, but another girl blocked me in the end. Gotten my "passport stamped" by many international lasses.

-Met Gabrielle Reece while she was going to the university that I would eventually attend. She's the model/volleyball star who's an amazonian goddess: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gabrielle_Reece

-Met Isabella Rosselini at a book signing once. She was stunningly beautiful, but I could only think of Frank Booth's demand in "Blue Velvet"- "Don't you f***ing look at me!".

-Regularly saw Deion Sanders play for free at my university. Best game I saw was Bo Jackson at Auburn University before he went pro and got injured. He was amazing.

-Met Henry Rollins after a spoken word show and realized how short he was.

-Met Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit before they were famous and he was a d1ck even then. Actually, my best friend sort of played keyboards with them in their first incarnation, but left when both he and they realized he didn't know what he was doing.

-used to work construction with a dude named Jimmy. He was in this progressive metal band called Iced Earth. They were pretty big in Europe and you can find some CD's here, but they never made enough money to live off of. When he was at home, he had to work crappy construction jobs. I had to give the dude a ride home a lot. Anyway, later when his band was opening for Megadeth, Dave Mustain asked him to join. Jimmy, the dude I had to give a ride to, was in Megadeth for about 2 years. He ended up quitting and going back to his old band, though.

-Never, ever had a mullet!

Yes, I've seen the movie "Clerks" and yes, I tried to do it once. Failed, thankfully.

Was at a party once and after smoking something, this guy Mike said he could do it. He wanted to prove it to us, so he whips off his pants and does this upside down bicycle manouvre against the wall trying to get it into his mouth. By the time I realized what was happening, it was clearly time to leave the room!
