I am on a C-4 visa..12/26/06 for 70 days...does that mean I have to be out of the country before the end of February. I thought I would have 14 days grace time after the C-4 ends..does anyone know?

There is NO grace time.

You must be out of the country on or before midnight on the 70th day (since it is only valid for 70 days) after the date indicated on your entry stamp

OR

apply for a short extension MORE than 3 days before your last valid date in the country.
