Purple line - Omokyo station, exit 7.
Walk straight out the exit.
Do not turn any corners.
Follow the road for 800 meters.
It will curve to the right and end at a T-intersection.
Across the street and a little to the left you will see a 6 story building with "Seoul Immigration" written on it at the top of the 6th floor.
Go in the main door and turn right.
Next to the back counters you will see a machine that gives out your waiting number.
Punch #2 and take a number.
Go to the desk beside the ticket machine and fill in an application form.
At the top of the page tick the box that says "replacement ARC"
Wait for your number to come up.
Go to the immigration officer, show him your passport and give him your application form.
He will send you downstairs to the snack bar to get a 10,000won stamp.
Give him the stamp.
Sit down in a chair and wait for your new card to be printed.
I think I got it all covered. |

They should be able to make a new one within a few days. Last time I told them I was in a hurry (had to go to japan the next day, and card is necessary for re-entry if I don't want to lose my visa).
They told me: we're going to check, wait a moment... within 2 minutes I had a new card. I've never dissed korean immigration ever since. |

Are you sure? I don't think Anguk has an immi office. |

This just happened to me YESTERDAY!
Omokyo turned me away and sent me to Anguk, as well.
If you are living in North Seoul, you have to go to Anguk. The rest of Seoul goes to Omokyo. You have to look at the immigration website map, I guess.
Go out Exit 6 from Anguk, and do a 180 degree turn. The tall building behind the police station is the KT Hub building. Go in there. It's on 2nd floor. |
