I decided to drop into xanadu travel today so i could book flights and hotel to jeju island.

They said, "we dont sell flights or hotel accomadation to jeju island".

I said, "your a travel agency and u dont offer hotel or flight services within your own country"

She, said we only do international. Does that make any sense?

I just found it strange they dont offer any sevices in korea to jeju island. Isnt it suppose to be a hot spot for koreans during holiday periods?

They are %#$ed.. think i'll take my business elsewhere.

Way back in the day the owner's name was Jenny, I think. I found her extremely helpful and patient, especially during my many visits with her planning out my around the world trip.

I have booked tickets to Jeju a couple times through Xanadu, but it's kind of a hassle for them to do it, as there is really no money in it for them...I think they did it for me just for the sake of getting a customer.

Now I just walk down the the travel agent at the homeplus...easily done. I have made all changes, cancellations etc. through Korean Air over the phone. No hassles.
