It doesn't need to be terribly special and it doesn't have to be exactly in Hongdae. If it's within a half-hour subway ride, I and my wife would be happy. Size doesn't matter too much. We're cozy.

We would really like it to be half a million won a month or less with up to ten million in key money.

Anybody know of anything?
