For all hockey fans out there, Ken Dryden will have his number 29 retired tomorrow when the Habs face the Sens. Now, I'm grew up in Leaf-nation, but I am bigger hockey fan than Leaf fan. Dryden is a fanastic hockey goalie. 6 Stanley Cups in 8 years and 46 shootouts in 397 total games!
His book "the game" is also a great read.

| He is also one damn smart guy. His journey from academe to Stanley Cup champ should be an inspiration to geeks everywhere. |

| I grew up in Montreal and I have many fond memories of the Habs of the late 70's and early 80's. Best hockey team ever!! Dryden totally deserves it. Next up......Robinson and Gainey. |

He wouldda been a great leader of the opposition, too.
