I am looking for an established playgroup for toddlers or I'm willing to start a new one that would rotate around different houses.

I have an 18th month old baby girl and she loves playing with other kids her age or older. I'd also love to meet other parents who speak English! My husband and I are both American and can't seem to find other English-speaking couples who have children.

Please send me a message or post on the list if you are interested!

Sounds like fun!

I'd also be interested. We have a 20 month old son and a 3 1/2 year old boy as well. I'm PMing you with my contact info--hope others are interested as well:) Great idea!

I'm interested in getting the little one acquainted with other kids but she's only 3 1/2 months. So, too young.

I am in the exact same boat. My daughter is 18 months old, loves other children and, to be honest, could probably use the company of others her age. My wife is Korean/Australian, but we live in Ansan... Crying or Very sad

thanks for responding about the playgroup. How far is Ansan from Seoul?

It might be fun to get together once a month or so for kids and parentswho live outside Seoul or who are too young to really play. My husband and I would really like to meet other international adults who are raising families here. We need some socialization without smoking and drinking!

Keep replying with your ideas.

Ansan is still on the Seoul subway system (south-west, line #4), but it takes about an hour to get to Sadang.

I guess an idea would be to have a group and have informal get-togethers at people's homes, rotating month-to-month. I would be happy to host one, although my place is rather small. Perhaps make it a pot-lock(sp) type of thing?

I work with some young parents (my co-workers), but their children are all quite a bit older than my daughter. There's often a nice "older sibling thing" going on, but toddlers of similar age would be great.

If there's any interest in this, keep posting here.

Spiky and I got together with our kids and it was fun! Are there any other parents out there with toddlers? Older kids are good but I want my daughter to get some socialization with kids her age too.
