only about 145,000 won for DS lite on enuri.
Any recommendations or regrets from DS owners?

I think it's been playing mario kart again in the arcades
that has rekindled my nintendo nostalgia. It also looks
like a pretty innovative little gadget.

I got one and think its pretty sweet. The screens on the light are nicely lit and the battery life is pretty good, get a good 10 hours out of it. I only got New Super Mario Brothers and Mario Kart for it both are fun. I am pleased with the purchase, I would be even happier if I would sit down and take the time to learn how to pirate the games for it.

It's great. And free games are easy to get via bittorrent or Yongsan, but you have to spend some money for the card to put them on and some time to figure out how. Buying software is cool too, but many of the best games aren't available in Korea.

If you want to watch movies it can do that too, with a M3 or Supercard. But the quality isn't nearly as good as the PSP or a dedicated PMP (best).

Highly recommended.

I got both my kids a ds original. They are boys ages 8 and 10 and they love them. Wireless and touch screen and a pretty decent amount of games.

My favorite game is SNOOD and of course Mario Bros.

Worth buy a DS but I would say dont get a lite get a full original DS - more features.

The Lite is a superior device, with better brightness, battery etc.

A lot of people liked its more modern design and compactness.

I have a DS and DS Lite, and while I do have some kind of sentimental attachment for the old DS, it mainly stays in the draw. I'm not sure what features you are talking about Ramones, unless you're talking about it being bigger and heavier! Smile I love my DS Lite.

I'd try enuri.com last I checked, they were 140,000.
You can get them at Yongsan for the same price if
you ask around, some jerks will try and give you
the foreigner 'discount' of 150,000.

Oh yeah, and I can now answer my original question..
It is damn cool, a subway ride just isn't a subway without
a little mario kart.. or bubble bobble for that matter

If you're going to go the flashcart and homebrew route, I'd recommend the new supercard. It's a Slot 1 solution so you can keep your DS looking slim.

So I went to Yongsan and bought a DS lite. I tried to buy the cards to allow me to download and play games. But, they didn't have them.

So where do I buy the supercard?

Thanks

They have them at yongson, which ever vendor you used probably didn't though. It is quite great too. I can't remember exactly how much they were since I bought everything at once, but I think it was 90 for the supercard and a 1g sd card.
