I've heard that Poly is THE hogwan for high-level students and their parents.

But, is it great for the teachers that work there?

Are the hours worth it?

Are there high demands on your time...hard-core curriculum rules, regulations, and the like?

'Just mulling things over and would appreciate your input.

Use the search function for "Poly" or "KCTY"

They recently changed their name to Korea Center for Talented Youth

I've heard from other teachers there is A LOT of take home work such as grading quizzes and essays. They do offer a higher than normal salary (I was quoted 2.5- 2.8 ) for teachers with experience.

I think the normal work schedule is something like 1-10 with two hours of mandatory prep every day. Personally, I think there are WAY better jobs available
