I'm a certified yoga instructor from the States and I've been to a couple of places for yoga, Raja Yoga in Itaewon and Samwon Gym in Kyeong-ri-dan and if you're looking for a simple/gentle yoga class they might be your speed. I wasn't very impressed though. I've been meaning to check out Jai Yoga in Apkujeong, but seems like quite a trek. I practice Ashtanga regularly and if you are interested in practicing with me let me know. I usually practice mornings aroung 8am for an hour and a half. No charge, just to have someone to help get me motivated. My friend just left for Canada and we practiced together regularly. My apartment can fit about 3 people and when the weather gets nicer, I practice on my friend's roof. PM me if you're interested.

I'm interested in yoga too. I just got back from my winter vaction in India where yoga lessons are so easy to find! It would be great to find some energetic classes. INKAKOLA what part of Seoul do you live in? I live on the very edge of Eastern Seoul.
