I am leaving in 3 weeks and I would like my employer to give me some kind of official form that shows how much tax and how much pension contributions I have made over the last year. I usually get my pay slip on a scrag of paper and I want to make sure that my director is actually paying tax. I also want to be able to show something to the IR when I get back to England if they ask , I dont want to get shafted! Can I call the tax and pension office directly or do I have to do this through my school? Also do I have to pay pension and tax on my severence pay?
